Walk Description
An easy, delightful stroll along the banks of the River Wharfe offering plenty of interest, particularly for children. The route crosses 2 bridges full of character and passes opportunities to feed ducks, play in an outdoor playground and on a pebble beach, all of which our kids really enjoyed. There’s also plenty of opportunity to linger or simply relax and it is easy to spend longer than an hour completing this walk. There are a couple of pubs within easy access and afterwards a wander around Ilkley is always a pleasure.
