SHIBDEN VALLEY WALK

The Shibden valley provides a picturesque setting in which to enjoy some quiet, relaxing time in the countryside. Both the walks detailed below gently climb the valley side, providing great views before descending to the valley bottom. There is plenty of opportunity for the kids to explore in safety although close supervision is required on the short stretches of lane. Both walks start and end at the Shibden Mill Inn, a delightful pub dating from the 17th century which has long been a family favourite, very welcoming of children and a great place for the family to unwind.
