Walk Description
A fantastic cliff top stroll from the picture postcard village of Runswick Bay, this walk follows the coastal path and provides amazing views. The route follows a section of the Cleveland way on the North Yorkshire coastline to the delightful village of Staithes. The walk has some gradients but is a fairly gentle ‘there and back’ return walk ensuring the stunning scenery always remains in view. With pubs and cafes close to hand in the middle and at the end of the walk there’s plenty of opportunity for refreshment. It is also worth taking time to unwind on the Runswick Bay beach or by watching the waves crashing onto the boulders of the sea wall.
