Walk Description
Starting beside the famous Cow & Calf rocks this walk provides great views along its entire length and plenty of interest for the kids. An enjoyable walk that sometimes ‘blows the cobwebs away’, it has a short climb (up to White Wells) but nothing arduous. The route described is circular but there is plenty of opportunity to deviate and explore other parts of the moorland. Afterwards, refreshment can be sought at the car park or up the road at the Cow & Calf Hotel. It’s also just a short drive to the centre of Ilkley which is always well worth a visit.
