Walk Description
Burnsall is a fantastic place to visit, many days are spent on the green, beside the river and sampling the delights of a great pub! This gentle walk from Burnsall rises gradually across fields and through a series of stiles to Thorpe. It then descends to a wonderful riverside path providing a return to Burnsall. The suspension bridge and nearby stepping stones provide an exciting feature for children but be prepared for wet feet! The walk is circular, however, a linear return walk along the riverside path (starting by Burnsall bridge) is delightful.
