Walk Description
This easy going walk is simply fantastic, the scenery is wonderful at any time of year. We’ve done this several times, the kids even enjoyed it during rain! The shorter 3 mile walk takes you around the reservoir (relatively flat with good paths so great for pushchairs) you can extend this to over 4 miles (still fairly easy) to take in 2 other reservoirs and more beautiful scenery. There’s plenty of opportunity for a picnic and afterwards we always enjoy refreshment at the Clarence bar which is very welcoming of children.
