Walk Description
This walk enjoys superb scenery with reservoirs, forestation and moorland. A more demanding walk, it provides interest at any time of year and is a great place to escape to. The walk takes in the village of Holme where The Fleece often provides a welcome refreshment. There is also opportunity to extend the walk on nearby lanes to pass below Yateholme Reservoir.
After the walk it is also worth driving a couple of miles to visit the top of Holme Moss near the mast as the view is exceptional.
